I had an ordeal today that made me realize something. Sometimes we really don't think about our words. So today me and my friend were walking down a flight of stairs in the mall. When she suddenly lost her balance and fell down the ENTIRE flight of stairs. Funny right? Wrong. She broke her leg in 3 places. But I was more supprised at me and my reaction. I ran to the bottom of the stairs and the first thing I asked to my weeping clearly in pain friend , was. " are you ok?"....
Are you ok! That's the only thing I could come up with and it made me realize that everybody says it. It's just a reaction isn't it ? Think about it. So I started thinking about other stupid questions we ask out of instinct.
1. Did that hurt ? ( stupid for obvious reasons)
2. If someone dies and your at a funneral and you talk to the wife "how are you holding up?"
( her husband just died , she's probably not holding up at all)
3. What's up? ( the sky , trees , a roof. Stupid)
Humans ask stupid questions because , it's instinctive. We ask stupid questions out if panic, pitty or just to be polite. Or atleast that's the way I see it.

Practical advice from me
Don't stay up late everynight , it tends to reset your body clock and screw shit up in your head.... Needless to say I'm clearly sleep deprived 0_o
